"C.U.P." The Community Uplift Program was founded on Dec 11, 2010 by Rakiya A. Hines.
A vision was placed in Rakiya's heart by God to return to her hometown of Williston, SC to help uplift the community and young girls by educating, empowering and exposing them to different environments, races and cultures; while focusing on Education, Health, Spirituality and Personal Development.
